At the end of the day, residents will again begin to be turned off and fined for non-payment for electricity and utility services. This decision was made simply before a new fate by accepting the Cabinet of Ministers, and on the 9th of this year the Verkhovna Rada praised it.
From the beginning of 2022, after the beginning of the massive invasion, during the war period there was a ban on connections for late payment of utility bills. When they were dispatched, battles were fought two dozen kilometers from Radi, perhaps on the outskirts of Brovary, and bridges were crossed in empty Kiev. So the problem of unpaid utilities was no longer relevant. Ale vona didn’t know. Over the course of two years of full-scale war, Ukrainians bought 15 billion UAH for electricity. More than half, or 7.7 billion UAH, - for the last century. What is important is that the dynamics are weakening, and the ability to cover the borgs is falling. I am far from a fan of Energoatom’s current policy, although the nuclear power plant itself (and, to a lesser extent, the hydroelectric power stations) does not rely on subsidizing the population. Nuclear workers paid 128 billion UAH (3.5 billion dollars) to compensate tariffs to the population, and hydroelectric power plants paid another 23.7 billion.
