Asim Premji gifted over 1 crore Wipro shares to his two sons, and Asim Premji's stake in Wipro now stands at around 215.5 million shares. As a result, Asim Premji's total shareholding has decreased from 4.3 percent to 4.12 percent.

Also Asim Premji's sons Rishad and Tariq got 51 lakh shares each, increasing his stake in Wipro from 0.03 per cent to 0.13 per cent.
