Samsung Electronics turns to DRAM surplus in the fourth quarter of last year... Semiconductor deficit 2.2 trillion

Samsung Electronics announced on the 31st that it recorded 67.78 trillion won in sales and 2.82 trillion won in operating profit in the fourth quarter of last year. On an annual basis in 2023, it recorded sales of 258.94 trillion won and operating profit of 6.57 trillion won.

The semiconductor (DS) sector's fourth quarter sales were KRW 21.69 trillion and operating loss was KRW 2.18 trillion. Among them, DRAM inventory levels improved significantly, achieving a DRAM surplus in the fourth quarter.
