Most of the deaths occurred in Rafah, Gaza Strip.

The Gaza Health Ministry, run by the Palestinian armed faction Hamas, counted on the 3rd (local time) that 107 Palestinians were killed and 165 were injured in the war in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours.

The Gaza Strip's Ministry of Health reported that since the war between Israel and Hamas broke out on October 7 last year, 27,238 Palestinians have lost their lives and 66,452 have been injured.

Many of the deaths were reported in Rafah, the southernmost part of the Gaza Strip, CNN reported. The United Nations analyzed that thousands of civilians have moved here to avoid Khan Yunis, where fighting is concentrated, and that the situation there is also worsening.

Jens Laerke, spokesman for the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), said the situation in Rafah was "concerning."

Israeli Defense Minister Yov Gallant said on the 1st, “The military operation in Khan Yunis is ongoing and has achieved impressive results,” and added, “Israeli troops will soon enter Rafah.”
