They reportedly accessed the upper floors through a freight elevator. The police reported that unlike other entrances at the time, there was no lock on the freight elevator entrance.
LCT is one of the 1st to 3rd tallest buildings in Busan. The tallest landmark tower is 412 meters high and has 101 floors. Residence Building A is 339m high on the 85th floor, and Residence B Building is 333m high on the 85th floor.
